"I am the father of 3 and have been taking my kids (13,9,7) to Upper Merion Dental for the last 9 years. I have to say that the negative comments posted earlier are not true. My wife and I (including my children) have never had a problem and have only received great dental care. The doctors have always made my kids feel comfortable and more importantly have always done a great job. In fact, when my older son was hit in the mouth during a baseball game, his front adult tooth was severely damaged. The doctor on call didn't even think twice about seeing my son even though it wasn't during business hours. They really are caring doctors."

Look Forward to Visits

My children have been seeing Dr. Hoerz at Upper Merion Dental for five years now & they always look forward to their visits. The staff is friendly, the office is very clean & the waiting room even offers an indoor play center!

Efficient and Respectful

I just left the office and was moved to write a review. I am surprised about the comments complaining about the work. I had a problem with a tooth that required two root canals, and because of the issue, multiple crowns. Dr. Rush and Dr. Greenstein really made an effort to get to the root of the problem, no pun intended, and made sure that I was informed about what was going on, made sure the pain was minimal, were available for any issues, etc. The hygienists have consistently done a great job; the staff up front are always efficient and respectful. I have a new crown that fits perfectly, and have never felt that I was "part of a factory." They are efficient, but these days, it is necessary to keep costs down and affordable.‎
